What is wrong with my USB ports?

Hello everyone! So recently none of my USB ports have been working on my computer, and I was wondering if you could help me figure it out.

I tried reinstalling the drivers from device manager, I reset my computer, I tried different mouses and keyboards, and I booted into safe mode and it never worked. The ports are still outputting power as they can power my phone, but no USB devices work like mouses, keyboards or USB drives...

I have an ASUS X541U with Windows 10, thanks for any help!
