What Is WRONG with my Windows? (HELP PLEASE)

Long story short: my son spilled gatorade on his keyboard, and it caused it to do a bunch of weird things, and now his windows is left to look like this(gyazo links below). Anybody know a fix?

what did it look like before.how does the keyboard work?what exactly changed?

Somehow your sons Windows went in to high contrast mode. If the spill twitched out enough keys I guess it could have hit the sequence to get in to the settings for it? Either way, with a properly working keyboard hit the windows key and type in "Contrast" (sans quotations marks) and that'll take you to the right settings to change it back to normal.
