What is wrong with Realtek HD audio manager?

I get these annoying notifications "you just unplugged a device in the audio jack" even though I didn't. It assumes I did for unknown reason. There's nothing plugged or unplugged and it still gives me these notifications. It was working fine for years but now suddenly something went wrong.
I have windows 10- 64 bit.
What can I do to fix this?

Uninstall it for good? Really? It won't matter if I don't have it?

Windows should install its own drivers, usually I dont use realtek unless the windows "Generic" one doesnt install. On budget motherboards the soundcard is pretty basic.

Okay so how do I check if there's a driver?

You just uninstall, and restart PC and plug something to make sure that its detected, nothing to worry.
