My pictures that I save on my hard drive shows up like this, what is wrong with my computer?http://

I dont think that the problem is the camera.. When I open this picture for the first time my PC starts, it looks like this but sometimes it disappears and sometimes it appears. And, the "white blocks" change locations. Wait, can it be my video card???? I was gaming and my screen kept showing random colored, random shapes.

Well then. Yes.
That leads to the video card, or possibly a bad video cable.

Okay, so what should I do now? After I restart my PC, it still happens. Only pictures show this white blocky thing, and rainbow colored shapes when I play Metal of Honor (Other game dont do this). I set the video card's clocks to default, still the same thing.

Sorry for the late reply, it is still like this. I don't know if the VRAM can be faulty, how can I test it? The fan is working. Like I said, only viewing pictures from my HDD does this, gaming and normal use doesn't show this white block things. What are these white blocky things called anyways?

Have you tried testing your graphics card?
