[SOLVED] What is your opinion on Gskill mech keyboards? (KM570)

Are these keyboard any good, do they have any problems? In some review I saw that when you want to change the light on it it most often freezes. I don`t know did they solved this by firmware, I asked they support 2 times but after two weeks still no answer...

The last driver, dated 2017, included a firmware update. I didn't see any review mention the freezing issue on amazon.
