What is "Zotac"?

I'm seeing these graphics cards, they are named like nvidia, but begin with zotac instead of nvidia.

Example: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750.

What's this Zotac?
Is a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750 same as an nvidia GeForce GTX 750?

ZOTAC means that its have different cooler but its still the same card like nvidia geforce 750 only it looks different and it could be slightly overlocked

The majority of graphics cards are not made by nvidia. They just provide the gpu. Zotac is the manufacturer for that card. It does not mean it has a different cooler, as they do make reference cards. Even if the cooler was different, it may not be the only thing that could be. Many will have custom pcb, possibly better vrm.

ZOTAC is a brand name. They make after market coolers for the graphics cards. Its still the same as any other graphics card with the Geforce GTX 750 name there will just be a visual difference and maybe a few tiny internal differences that you dont need to worry about

Nvidia is the main manufacturer of any nvidia card,like AMD is a manufacturer of its own AMD card.When we see any card e.g.-Written 'Nvidia geforce GTX 980' on box of card specially written 'Nvidia',We call that a reference card of Nvidia or which is made by the manufacturer itself.

Zotac,Asus,MSI,Gigabyte,EVGA,Galaxy,XFX are some companies they use 'Nvidia' technology and produce their own many variant of a single graphics card.Like Zotac GTX 980 AMP Extreme edition,Zotac GTX 980 AMP OMEGA edition are 2 variants of GTX 980 over main Nvidia GTX 980.But the producer is Zotac.On the box of these card we find the name Zotac Geforce GTX 980 insted of Nvidia Geforce GTX 980.Those cards made by these companies Zotac,Asus.......etc are called non-reference card.

Generally non reference card manufacturer add some extra feature in their cards as compare to Nvidia reference card or stock card.They add better cooling solution,extend core clock,boost clock and many more features so slightly performance increases.
