What keys i have to use in order to install os into my system

Sir,
i have recently purchased one bioastar N68S+ mainboard. when i turn on my system it showing 4 options.

f8- enable system configeraions
f9- selecting booting device before post
f1- continue
del- to enter to setup
when i press f8 or f9 it is not giving any thingchange in the screen. when i press f1 system is starting normally.. when i press del it enter in to the motherboard settings.

now in which way or by pressing what i can install os into my system

To Install an OS (Preferably Windows) - you need a disk which contains the installation.

You insert the disk into your machine, and boot from it.
this should happen automatically unless the boot configuration is setup wrong, on your bios.

if the disk doesn't boot up, just Enter the bios (the menu full of settings)
and look for something that Sugests changing the boot configuration, or the boot order.
set the primary boot device as your CD/DVD-rom drive and then the CD should boot...

don't forget to press a button when the Windows Installation Boot loader loads up - after this, windows should start to load itself up...
