[SOLVED] What Kind of bottleneck can I expect?

I am going to replace my gtx 1060 3gb with an RTX 2060 and I can't afford a CPU upgrade as well, so I'm just going to keep my current one (I5 7400). What kind of bottleneck can I expect?

Some games will not max out in fps and eventually have to set to a lower resolution like 1080p, to provide 60fps average.

Overall the CPU is not that bad for the GPU
about 20 to 30 fps less in comparison to a more modern CPU, but still usable.

It´s nearly on one level of a Ryzen 1600 in most games
