What kind of computer specs do I need?

I have a 500$ budget to spend on a build for a computer. The use for this computer would be to stream from a capture card from my xbox 360. The game would be destiny. Is there something I need more of compared to other components? I know very little about this and that is why I'm asking you lol

But do I need a good better CPU than regular or a better graphics card or ram?

Lol you didn't even list your CPU. More than likely not. you need powerful computers to edit and encode videos but not to stream.
