So after some thinkering i finally bought almost every component for my build. The last thing to purchase is the cpu cooler and addittional vents for the case. I also modded the case so that the front panel stays a bit open just for better general air flow.
My build is the current at the moment:

MOBO: Asus z170 Aura
CPU: i7 6700k
GPU: EVGA Hybrid cooled 1080 (with the fan and radiator mounted in one of the two bottom fans slot)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA GQ PSU 1000W
RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz
SSD: Samsung 950 pro 512gb m.2

Now, I can't decide if should i got with a Noctua nh-d14 and so having two intake front vents, one bottom intake fan and one bottom radiator fan with only one rear exhaust vent (all 120mm) OR going with a Nzxt Kraken X61 with the radiator mounted in the front leaving open one rear fan and one bottom fan. My goal is to have a build that is cool all around, I would rather have higher cpu temps but less overall temps in my system, so what would you guys do? Air flow is still kind of a mistery to me

Solution
The Noctua nh-d14 is 4mm to tall for the case. The tallest heatsink the Inwin 805 can hold is 156mm. The Cryorig H7 will work at 145mm. You will need to go water cooling to get anywhere near the d14. The Inwin 805 does support 280mm radiators.

or corsair H110i is a good choice for water cooling. The Kraken X61 will work also.

I just picked up a Scythe Kama Cross 2 cooler. Huge cooler, huge fan, but not very -heavy-. Very effective cooler, as long as you're running with a big enough case to clear everything. Clears RAM just fine, it's a stitch close to the GPU though. Temps at idle are 30s, temp at load is 65s. CPU is a Xeon x3470 @ 4.2 ghz.

I'm not sure it would work too good on my particular case due to the fact that the main problem of the case is airflow. I have to say however that that cooler looks dope and I'm going to hope for someone to tell me that it would work good on my config!

Yeah I would like the water cooling solution better however, do you think the case and so the system will be cooled enough with only one 120mm intake fan and one 120mm exhaust fan?
