[SOLVED] What kind of GPU(s) to push 15m pixels? (dual LG 49WL95C-W 5K x 1440)

Solution
He doesn't need anything more than a 3700X as he will be GPU limited. For gaming 2x5K you will need the fastest GPU possible in NVLink. I would wait for 2x RTX 3090 or 2x RTX 3080 Ti. Don't expect more than 120fps in all titles. My heavily OCed Asus 2080Ti can play all games maxed 4K60+fps. Assassins Creed Odyssey and the new Tomb Raider with RT are the slowest 65fps.
I wouldn't go any lower than RTX 2070 for gaming. Even most overclocked 2080 cannot handle one 5k screen at 60 fps in some titles. Also, adding second gpu does not multiply your fps by 2 on definition - it is always smaller amount.
Maybe concider waiting for premiere of rtx 3xxx? They tell on slideshows, that expected increase in computing power is up to 50%, compared to rtx 2xxx.
For vids, I think (but just think, not sure) that any rtx should handle that. What CPU do You have? To unleash full potential of top-tier rtx You would need either best Ryzen (3950X or 3900(X)) or newest i9.
