what kind of MCSE Cert?

I am looking to try and get a MCSE Cert. what would be the best to get
first, and what are more companies looking for?

MCSE for Window 2000 would be probably the most popular right now but I
would also look at MCSE 2003 even though it is fairly new but it may make
you more in demand....
