If I understand the question correctly then I will answer 2933 MHz.

By "capacity" do you mean max MHz"?

Go to the link you provided.

Click "Specification".

Scroll down to "Memory".

Speeds:

"Support for DDR4 2933/2667/2400/2133 MHz memory modules"

What memory do you plan to install? Are you going to overclock?

Note also the "(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)"

Chipset has nothing to do with RAM, Ryzen 3000 series is reported to have native 3200MHz IMC with OC to 4200MHz. Success depends on MB's memory routing, configuration and BIOS with AGESA code. Most good x470 MBs can achieve same. It's suggested that x570 chipset will bring only PCIe v4 over x470 chipset.
Some if not all MB manufacturers already released Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS for 400 series MBs so I don't think that all are going to jump on x570 chipset soon and keep on manufacturing 400 series MBs.
As it looks now, all x570 MBs are made beefier in anticipation of 16/32 core Ryzen and eventually 12/24 core high performance CPUs.

Thank you! I didn't see that it says it also support 3200mhz so I will likely get 4x8 sticks for 32 gigs in 14-14-14. I do plan to overclock them but again I'm not sure how much I'll be able to. I just didn't want to end up buying overcranked memory that the mb couldn't handle if it only supports 3200mhZ sticks and below.

A friend of mine who is building Intel has 4000mhz sticks but his build costs approx 4.5k USD. Compared to what I'm planning 3kusd.
