A few months ago I stripped an HP (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=c03359045) computer for some components to use in another computer, everything worked fine until I wanted to upgrade the heatsink, but this motherboard does not accept anything but the OEM heatsink. I need a new motherboard that can accept my fx-6120 cpu. I believe the socket in the mobo I have right now is black am3b or something.
What I am looking for:
I would like to be able to use the old ram again, it is in the link above.
Crossfire is in the future
I would to overclock a little bit.
price range, $50 - $100
Need USB 3 header for front panel
What I currently have seagate 1tb hdd
radeon HD 7870 core ed, corsair cx 750m psu, dvd rw drive, will also get a wifi card.
I really don't know what I would need that is not too expensive, so please help me out!
Also what is a good wifi card for less than $40
