Question What kind of motherboard would you recommend for a Ryzen 7 2700X?

I need to upgrade my CPU, but to do that I also have to upgrade my motherboard and RAM for compatibility. I bought an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X. I was looking at a Gigabyte X570 Aurous Elite, but I would love to hear what you guys think would pair well with my CPU. My budget is a soft $250.

the Aurous elite is fine. If you want cheaper, x470 Prime pro is good, or the b450 Tomahawk max.

IMO unless you are specifically looking for the PCIe Gen 4 "upgrade" then X470 is the way to go for value. I would do some research on the best of VRM within that category.
