What kind of motherboards only use a 4 pin CPU power cable?

I have a PSU with only a 4 pin CPU power cable, what kind of motherboard amd cpu combo can i use to build a budget gaming PC? I'd prefer older platforms so i can save on DDR3 RAM but would like to overclock.

Most motherboards old enough to use DDR3 will only use 4-pin
A good one I use is the Asus P8H61-M LX
It only has 2 RAM slots thou
It would go well with a i5-3550 or a e3-1230
8 GB RAM 4x2
