I'm planning on buying a new computer that's on the budget of $500 probably buying next month. I play APEX Legends, PUBG, CSGO on the internet cafe since my PC cannot literally play it. I also want to stream like on twitch for gaming content. Can you guys suggest for a gaming pc/streaming pc

On part of the memory is this also doable for this parts? Kingston HyperX Fury White 8GB 2400MHz DDR4

2400mhz is too slow for Ryzen, the difference between 2400 & 3000 could be as high as 10 FPS.
