What kind of performance could I expect with these parts?

I'm going to be building a PC soon and I wanted to know what kind of performance I could expect to see on games like Arma 3 or GTA V on Ultra-Very High settings in 1080p with these parts:
CPU: I7 6700k
GPU: GTX 1080
Motherboard: ASRock Z170 K4
RAM: 32 GB
Operating System: Windows 10 pro(64-bit)
Storage: 2 TB SATA-III
Power Supply: EVGA 850W

That seams like a troll question since your using the top of the line everything.
You wasting money buying 32GB of memory. 16 is more than you will ever need for gaming for the life of that PC anyhow.

2TB SATA-III <---- Is that SSD or HDD? A high-end PC NEEDS an SSD in my opinion.
