Quick question, what kind of port is on my wifi adapter? Do I need to add antennas or are there missing parts? Ive never seen that port in my whole career.

I wouldent bother with it unless you use the ethernet port, buy a new one with attenea, networking is a thing that you shouldent cheap out to much with a adapter but if you are on a tight budget I would buy a usb adapter rather than pcie

Ive seen a lot of really weird ports and this is new, do you have something you can plug into it? Could be some type of remote port bc there is no indication light near the input like a network or lan port, its really weird, why did you get this?

I bought it at a garage sale, a huge box with pc parts. But would it just work if I plugged it into my pc or do I have to add antennas?

I think ur probably right, someone commented that u need a dell antenna which I dont have and is really expensive. So ill just stick with my 54 mbps dual band wifi adapter

I dont really have a budget anymore, but if u can find a cheap wifi adapter that has 5ghz frequency + bluetooth + ≈350 mbps and its affordable I cant pass that opportunity.
