What kind of PSU is this?

Hi there.

A family member has a MICROTECH branded computer that has a PSU that is, well, dead. The PSU has to be replaced.

The problem is that the PSU has inusual dimensions; I've never seen anyone like this one. After searching the web I am unable to find a single PSU with these dimensions:

high: 6.3 cm = 2.50 inches
width: 12.4 cm = 4.92 inches
depth: 10.1 cm = 3.94 inches

The PSU has no visible brand or model identification. I only now that it is made in China…

I am attaching pictures. Can anyone help me identify this PSU type?

Does the PSU use an ATX power connector on the motherboard?

Also, can you post a photo of the motherboard. You may need to switch cases in order to replace the PSU.
