Question What kind of RAM do I need?

now that I've figured out my system/motherboard specs (thanks to some help on here), I have to figure out what kind of RAM I need to get. And honestly reading all these posts about memory and overclocking etc etc is a bit confusing. I think I have determined that I should buy a kit of 4x2gb of DDR2 RAM, but does it matter what brand? I have found a few on Amazon but they say for AMD and I have ASUS. And I don't know what info you guys need to help me, so I'm guessing at what I need to provide. I apologize in advance if it's too much or not enough. Thanks! :)

What ram to get depends on the actual motherboard model, and what it supports, with regards to capacity, and speed. CPU-Z should be able to get you the motherboard model.

Yes, thanks. It's an ASUS P5B. This info is from the ASUS website: 4 x DIMM, max. 8GB, DDR2 800 / 667 / 533 MHz, non-ECC, un-buffered memory

I have found a few kits of the 4x2gb for sale
Ex: 8GB Kit (4x2GB) DDR2 800 Udimm RAM, ROYEMAI DDR2-800 mhz PC2-6400 /PC2-6400U DDR2 2GB 1.8V CL6 240 Pin Non-ECC Unbuffered Desktop RAM Memory Modules
In the description below it states: Notice:DDR2 800, PC2-6400, Unbuffered, Dual Rank, Non ECC, 1.8V CL6, For AMD, Intel system. CPU-Z says that my processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo. So would this work for me? I'm kind of a self taught girl when it comes to all things computer, so I appreciate your time.
