What kind of slot is this?

This is the motherboard of my Dell Optiplex Mini Tower. I know the bottom slot is pciexpress 16 and the top is a pci slot but what is the slot in the middle? I looked for it in Google images and the only thing it sort of looks like is pci x but it's not the same.
