What kind of Sound Card and Network Adapter for this Asus

Hell, I have this mobo it has 6 PCI Express 2.0 slots. I wanted to add a sound card and an intel network adapter but I am not sure which are compatible or if any will even fit in any of the PCI Express 2.0 slots. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also it has dual lan ports. How exactly can I benefit from this?

ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Was looking at putting in something like an intel Intel PWLA8391GT 10/ 100/ 1000Mbps PCI PRO/1000 GT Desktop Adapter to take full advantage of network.

Also just wanted to know if any sound cards would fit the mobo to see if I could get better sound quality.

ok, the network adapter is unnesisary if you don't need wireless. (dual lan means dual network ports for standard RJ-45 connectors (ethernet) and both operate at 10/100/1000)
onboard sound chips have come a long way and are not needed in the least unless you have multi thousand dollar sound setup.
