What kind of upgrades will I need? How good is this system?

Over the course of the last two years, the very, very low-end PC that I built has been slowly replaced bit by bit with gifts from friends. I have not kept up properly with the newest parts, only resting assured that these gifts have turned my crappy PC into a decent gaming rig. Since I have really severe social anxiety and spend pretty much all my time either gaming or talking to friends on FB, this makes me really happy. Only problem is, I’m no longer sure what the relative quality of these mix-and-match parts are or where my system as a whole stands. I don’t know where to plan to upgrade in the future or what upgrades I’ll need.

My current specs are:

Intel i7 2600K 3.4 Ghz CPU
ASUS Sabertooth P67 MOBO
Antec Earthwatch 750W PSU
ASUS Radeon RX 560 4GB
16 Gigabyte DDR3
1T Hitachi HDD

Approximate Upgrade Date: Next two months
Budget Range: $100-$200

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: I’m not sure what needs to be upgraded.
Do you need to buy OS: Yes (if replacing motherboard)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg or amazon

Location: Lacey, WA, USA

Parts Preferences: Would prefer to stay within same socket on MOBO if possible to stay cheap, otherwise no preference

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: I can do most part replacements myself except for a CPU upgrade; that would require the additional cost of somebody else doing it.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I don’t even know if I need to. I really just want to know where my bottleneck is/will be. The CPU and GPU are both new (well, for me--used parts), as well, so I’m not sure what kind of gaming experience I can expect out of this system—my last setup was incapable of running Witcher 3 or Neir: Automata, so running those games decently in any settings would be a good baseline of success for me.

Well your i7 is still fine and will be for a while. Basically your rx560 can run all games, just not at ultra settings, mostly it will run Medium settings. (depending on the game aswell ofcourse) :)

16 gb of ram is more than enough so no worries about that either and your powersupply is also fine.

If you want to play witcher or any demanding game at high settings you will need a gtx 1060 or higher.

But you have to ask yourself this question, are you happy with the current performance of your pc? If yes, then there is no need for an upgrade at all, just save the money and go out with some friends of yours, it might help with your social anxiety problem. :)
