I want to buy a custom built gaming pc from someone and would like to know how well it would run games (high end games that is) and if possible record/stream while playing them?

AM3+ 970 Chipset ATX Motherboard
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 "Maxwell" 1GB GDDR5
AMD FX 8320 Vishera 3.5 ghz
8gb ram but planning on upgrading to 16gb

Solution
To put in perspective mate,same CPU,aftermarket cooler,very good quality mb,case,RSM & psu.
Including windows 8 & a gtx 960 ( at least teice as powerful as a 750) & only $30 more brand new.
This isn't a thorough build recommendation but a quick one to show you that was a rip off.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($119.99 @ Micro Center)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($25.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($82.89 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($45.99 @ Amazon)

RAM is the last thing you should be worrying about.
Your CPU is mid ranged & your GPU is very entry level.

You should be able to play 1080P modern games at lowest settings smoothly.

Like $670

This is all I got for the motherboard he hasn't gotten back to me about the other questions yet.

MOTHERBOARD: AM3+ 970 Chipset ATX Motherboard
8 Channel HD Audio
Two PCI Express X16 Slot
USB 3.0, SATA III
6x USB 2.0 Ports
Gigabit LAN
140W CPU Support

As for the PSU 500 Watt Peak ATX Power Supply

Edit: I can build one myself just been a really long time since I've built a pc.
