What laptop should I get?

I want a new laptop that fits my criteria and I'd like to pay around $350 to $400 for it, and yes it is okay if you suggest a refurbished version...so here's the criteria:
-13inch
-Upgradeable RAM
-SATA 3
-High quality build
-Good display, 1080 if possible
-At least four hours of battery life
-Pentium CPU or better

I have an ssd that I can put in the laptop, so it will be even faster for every day uses, which are mainly what I do. I will also get to upgrading the RAM eventually, if needed.

I will be writing documents, creating powerpoints, using the internet, and doing some android ROM flashing and some other small coding. So unfortunately I can't get a Chromebook

Well I was looking at those too, but they are too much and Pentium their lower one has is a baytrail so I don't think that is powerful enough for me. Are there any other cheapish laptops with solid performance?

I can't think of any as the price range is too low. Also I live in the uk which means that prices are different. Could you give me the links that you use and I can try again to see if there are any laptops for you?
