What laptop should I get?

I'm getting a new laptop, but I don't know what I should get. My budget is $700, $800 Max. Im looking for something quiet underload, but I also want a laptop that will keep cool. I also want a decent size laptop I don't want a huge laptop. I don't big laptops, its just that I would prefer a smaller one. Pls halp
