Hello,
I'm a university student and I can't decide between these two laptops:

I'm not very good with laptops so I was wondering which is better in terms of value for money and specifications. I'll be using them to use applications like Word and ArcGIS, some light gaming and streaming videos. Any other laptop suggestions will be appreciated. I get £50 off PC world so that makes a bit of a difference. Thank you very much!

ASUS is okay, but HP is better (if you want to choose from those two). Both of them look like they will do what you want them to do. However, it's only my preference, but I prefer anything off the Toshiba Satellite line. Well put together laptops, easy to fix and they use genuine parts (which makes upgrading/troubleshooting easier).
