What large radiators should I use and how many?

Note to mods: Feel free to move this discussion to systems if you feel it belongs there. Wasn't sure which forum to go with.

Is there a tier list for radiators? I'll probably be looking for 480mm or higher. Any you would recommend for an external cooling rig for a mineral oil immersed aquarium pc?
What do I look for besides size and/or name?

Decided on going with a 1080 radiator, probably the phobia gchanger extreme. Pump recommendations? I (obviously) do not need a resorvoir.
