What level artisan do you need to create fighter Apprentic..

I have a lvl12 warrior and want to upgrade his apprentice abilites from 2 to
3. My Artisan level is only 7.

Does anyone know what level artisan you have to be to create the scrolls I
need. I really dont have much money so I doubt I can buy one off someone. I
only have 15s :-(

I think the first couple of appIII scrolls are in artisan book 5, might be
6 or 7, check before you buy. You won't be able to make all your scrolls
unless you specialize in the profession that makes them.

My brawler has most of his app 3 abilities and the cost isn't much at all,
you just need to harvest a lot of easy things eg lead, roots. It's time
intensive and requires inventory shuffling. It really helps to have boxes
and backpacks, and i can see that as expensive if you are going to buy them
rather than make them. Perhaps you cna find someone who will make thme for
you if you gather the ingredients? (wood and sullied pelts, in the easy
zones just outside freeport, don't know qeynos *yet*)
