What LG Monitor Is This?

I want to know the LG monitor that is about 24", says it's a 2 in 1 (tv and monitor), includes component, the bottom is a big bar of speakers.

We are going to need a picture. Or at least I do. The reason is because depending on region, the model number is going to vary, sometimes not even close. The model number should say on the back, on a sticker though.

A lot of TV sets look like that. I will try to look around and see what I can find. But even if I happen to find a similar model, it still means I'm guessing.
