What liquid cooler would be best for the 1300x?

I am going to be buying a 1300x for my build but i don't know how necessary it is to have a liquid cooler if i'd overclock it. Is the stock cooler enough? If not, is Cooler Master - MasterLiquid Lite 120 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler a good choice?

you don't need liquid cooler.
the stock one will allow some overclocking. for best results, a 40-50$ air cooler will be much better than this "wannabe liquid cooler".
