Solution
There's no need for any sort of liquid cooling in your planned system, it will run cool enough, even with just 3 fans ( 2 front intake, 1 rear exhaust ).
I would suggest you put the money towards a stronger graphics card.

As an additional suggestion: With a non overclockable CPU and planned DDR4 2400 RAM, I'd look to save some extra cash by using either a 'B' or 'H' chipset motherboard, if you really want the 'Z' 'board, treat it to DDR4 3000 or higher RAM.

You have a pretty good amount of spacing for liquid cooling radiators. How many fans did you install already?

Are you trying get into custom liquid cooling or just an AIO (All-in-one) closed loop like Corsair's:

Since you have a non-overclocking CPU you don't really need liquid cooling tbh but if you want to, you can. How much is your budget for this?

I revised you're build into something that makes sense:

CPU: There's absolutely no point investing more in a better liquid cooling solution if you're not overclocking your CPU and this is the K version that can go up to 5.0GHz+
CPU Cooler: You're on a budget and you want something from a reputable brand that will actually work so a 120mm is fine but going for 240mm/280mm or 360mm will cost you more.
Memory: You want a decent speed memory module with a Z370 system.
Storage: You can easily get 2TB HDD for a small price difference. Not worth spending $45 for a 1TB anymore.
