Sorry did forget windows. So AMD is cheaper :)
Good thing in my build is better psu. And intel cpu + mobo.
But that is bit out 800$ price since you need OS.

So get that better psu in your build :)
 
Solution
The motherboard is not a good choice the 760g chipset has issues. The memory is slow, you can get faster ram cheaper. The PSU is mediocre(not bad but not good either). Does the system have to be Matx? The choices for AMD board in Micro ATX suck atm. If it doesn't have to be Matx here's what I would change.
