Power strip is good, thermals are good. Could it be the power supply?

PSU: A80465701)What's the make and model of the power supply? I need to know so I'm not second guessing as to whether it's any good or not. Open the case up and look for the label if ya have to.
2)What's your cpu and gpu temps like? You can use Msi Afterburner to find out.
3)One of your HDDs isn't looking too hot - you can use CrystalDiskInfo or HD Sentinel to check the health of your drives.
4)What's the speed and capacity of each of those memory sticks?
5)Motherboard make and model as well?
I am using the stock cooler (FOXCONN 4 pin). Also I have no clue how I'd go about replacing this power supply due to the fact that it is a server power supply. I'll definitely look into getting 4x 4 gb sticks.1)That power supply is only really any good for the original components it was connected to. It's not even a true 635w. I'd look into replacing that soon.
2)The memory is a mess. Not only do you have 3 sticks in a quad channel motherboard, they're not even from the same kit. This cuts performance and can lead to crashes or bsods sooner or later.
The solution for this is a proper 4 stick kit - don't go and buy another stick, that'll just make it worse.
3)Your cpu is overheating - 64C is the throttle temp. What cooler are you using for it?
4)You downloaded the wrong one. Here: https://crystalmark.info/redirect.php?product=CrystalDiskInfoInstaller
Thanks for the help.Oh.

Now that you have a GTX 1080 in there, and you're already aware of the ram issue, here's whats left:
1)Get a new psu, of at least 550w:
PCPartPicker Part List
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($78.39 @ OutletPC)
Total: $78.39
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

2)To replace the psu also means to replace the case entirely, because it doesn't support ATX power supplies, and there are no good SFF psus in that wattage range.
So now you're looking to get a new ATX case as well:
PCPartPicker Part List
Case: Fractal Design - Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case ($89.99 @ Newegg Business)
Total: $89.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

3)You'll need a new cpu cooler as well, especially since you put that GTX 1080 in there(it's dumping more heat into the case). Due to the high TDP of that cpu, a cheap one isn't going to cut it.
Be quiet Dark Rock 4/Pro 4, Noctua NH-D15S, or NH-U12A, are a few good ones.
The expense of getting it all up to speed probably won't be worth it honestly.
