[SOLVED] What Memory can my Motherboard support?

Solution
3200 is on the safe side, you can go as far as 3600 speed relatively safely, if you want something a bit faster.
Alright. Should I update my BIOS as well? I haven't updated it since I got it around 2 years ago.
I would do it, it makes a lot of sense before you upgrade ram and maybe future CPU upgrade as well, and then bug fixes.

just done some research on the mother ASUS TUF B450-PRO GAMING MOTHERBAORD Memory. The TUF B450 Gaming has four memory slots that support up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM that can reach up to 3200 MHz when overclocked.
