What memory do i have

hi, i want to add memory to my PC but i forgot what type i have,

i have run PC wizard 2009 & it says the following:

Type : DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400 (399 MHz) - [DDR2-800]


which one isit? 399mhz or 800?

ive looked at memory forsale & theres difrent types like CL4, CL5, CL6, what is that

do i have to use kingston ram or can i use another make to work with the kingston ram i have

is this any good to me

Sorry, forgot to add that the manufacturer doesn't matter, just match the speed (DDR2 800) and the timings (5-5-5-18). You can get ram at a different speed or timings, but remember that it will default to the lowest speed/timed ram (i.e. if you get DDR2 1066 ram with timings of 5-5-5-15, it will only run as fast as the slowest ram-your current ram, in this case- and run at DDR2 800 with timings of 5-5-5-18).

btw; the 400 MHz of the ram is doubled because the ram operates as double data rate, which means it sends signals twice during each clock, giving it an effective data rate of 800 MHz.
