What memory do I need to upgrade my Dell PowerEdge T100 Server?

Here is the specs from Dell's site:

DUAL IN-LINE MEMORY MODULE, 2G, 800M, 256X72, 8, 240, 2RX8

It has four slots, all full totalling 8GB. I want to upgrade to 16GB. What do you recommend?
