Question What memory is suitable for the mobo Asus PRIME H410M-K? What VRM have this mobo?

I want to buy i3-10105f (RAM will use 2666Mhz). But later i will buy i7 cpu (RAM will use 2999Mhz). I have small budget for RAM, so i have 2 ways:
1)buy one stick 8GB DDR 4 3000/2999 Mhz, and later buy another stick for dual channel
2)buy kit 2x4GB DDR4 3000/2999 Mhz, then sell this kit and buy new one 2x8GB
Can you tell me correct RAM vendors for this two ways? How much faster dual memory channel over single channel in real applications - game, stream, video coding?

There is no correct ram vendor. If you are an AMD use I would've suggest you to go at least 3600 MHz with cl 14. Since you are Intel user just buy a 3200/3000 MHz cl 16 ram kit of 8*2 gb (8 gb now, 8 gb later). Just get same of two Rams. Basically brands in Rams matter least in all PC components

Can't find any massive ram test for ddr4 3000mhz with many vendors.
