What memory should I choose for a Ryzen 2200G?

Hello again, Tom's Hardware.
Not a so long time ago (31st March) I have posted a thread about what should I upgrade first (CPU or GPU?)

I have decided to buy myself a Ryzen 2200G along with a B350M Gaming PRO, a DeepCool GAMMAXX 300R Cooler, and a Floston Case and an Ayrus nJoy PSU 450W 80+, because I will upgrade my GPU next year (I will upgrade the PSU when I'll get a new GPU).

And I didn't chose 2400G because there isn't a huge difference, but the price is almost double for the 2400G. So I chose to buy a 2200G and 16GB RAM, not 8GB as I would have buy for 2400G.

So, my question now is.. what memory should I choose to buy? I saw that G.Skill memories (Fortis - CL15 2133MHz and Flare X - CL16 2400MHz) are for AMD Ryzen, but for the both memories, the CAS Latency is higher than Patriot's Viper Red LED 2x8GB - CL14 2400MHz.

My budget is somewhere at $200 for the memory. I'd buy from NewEgg, but they aren't delivering in my country. Amazon's delivery price is somewhere at $50.

What should I choose?

G.Skill Fortis - 2x8GB CL15 2133MHz compatible for AMD Ryzen - 185$
G. Skill Flare X - 2x8GB CL16 2400MHz compatible for AMD Ryzen - 198$
Patriot Viper Red LED - 2x8GB CL14 2400MHz? - 198$

Thanks for your help.
Any other idea is welcomed.
