What microphone should I buy for starting YouTube?

I'm looking for a new microphone that is a high enough quality to start a YouTube channel. I need a mic (obviously), a stand that won't take up space on my desk, phantom power supply (with any required cables), and a pop filter. I don't have a sound card, I have on board. My budget is £55-£65

Anything is fine for youtube, content matters more. Once you have quality content you can afford mics like the Blue/Rode/ AT2020 and their accessories.

It's not just for YouTube. Probably should've mentioned this. I do run business and I need a good mic for voice overs and stuff like that. Probably should've said that in the main post.

If you want to go the USB route (no need for soundcard or phantom power), Blue Yeti (Pro/Studio), Rode's studio stuff, or AT 2020USB+ (or even AT 2500 if you're in asia)

I'm in the UK. I've figured out what I'm doing anyway (Blue snowball with Neewer scissor stand) but thanks for the help.
