Honestly telling for this budget range you should go for nzxt s340 white or black whichever u like
Building a pc in this chassis is super easy and great for cable management with a full transparent side panel..... Then you also get an HDMI port(cool Na^_^). Nd u can connect a vr headset right in the front
Talking about looks it's very simple classic and sleek nd feels very premium

If u want kind of a futuristic design my favourite is corsair spec alpha which comes in four colors with my favourite as the white/red one all of them are in Ur budget except black/silver one which is 100$
Hope u liked my views so go for any of this and pc building and cable management is also gud in spec alpha........
