[SOLVED] What might be the problem with my new pc?

Bought a full new system.
SPECS:
ASRock X299 Taichi motherboard
Intel Core i5-7640X
2x DDR4 Hyperx Predator RPM RGB 2933MHz Ram
Cooler Master Masterliquid Lite 120 CPU watercooler
Kingston a400 480Gb SSD

What was from the old PC:
GPU: RADEON RX550 PULSE 4GB

My issue is that all of the pc fans start, but my gpu, mouse, keyboard and monitor not (monitor works but no screen showed, other parts were good 1 day ago in my old pc)

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. By other parts what do you mean? How old are they?Does the build work when breadboarded? Have you tried inspecting the CPU socket for any bent/broken pins?

Have you tried any steps to resolve the issue already?

The first things I'd look into are to reseat the RAM and do a BIOS reset by removing the round coin cell battery (there is a retention clip that would release it with a gentle push)
