what mobo/cpu/ram.. i got sapp6790 w/ reso of 1366x768

i have an older rig, planning to upgrade..

old rig:

mobo: gigabyte m68m s2p
ram: 2gig ram
cpu: amd athlon 2 x3 435 ~2.9ghz

gpu: sapphire 6790 (which is BOTTLENECK with my current unit i guess)

im playing on 1366x768 resolution

currently playing League of Legends, also want to try crysis 1/2, BF 1-3 etc..
on LoL i got fps around 80 - 125 if my reso is set to 1280x720 [very high] whether vsync on/off but on 1366x768 reso it's only HIGH i think its because of my old set up.. it is really bottleneck i guess..

Okay, lets start off here. What is your budget for the upgrade? It would be of great help to everyone if you could give us a rough figure to work on. Also, in which country are you situated? Secondly, I very much doubt that your CPU is a bottleneck. It won't help with your fps, but that's not the bottleneck. If anything it's that RAM, 2GB isn't really enough. So, if you give us a budget, I'm sure we can help!

i'm from philippines and my budget goes around 15-20k Php.
