What mobo should I get with an i5 4690?

I'm planning to build a new PC, and i'm going to get a i5 4690(non-K) with a GTX 970 or 980. What I would like to know is what mobo would be a good option for this gaming rig. I'm aware I need a H97 mobo. My budget is around 120 $ max (I can make exceptions). I want a good mobo that doesnt lag the CPU.

No, I don't plan to upgrade the GPU very often so if I change it to SLI in 2 years maybe the card get obsolete, and I would need a better PSU.

What do you think about the Gigabyte GA-H97-GAMING 3 that suggested blackbird? It has a good price.
