What MOBO should I get?!

I'm building a new pc. Hoping to make it pretty beefy. While I'm struggling to pic whether to pic whether I should get an i74770 or an i54670, I also dont know what to think about buying motherboard whise, or even if I should.

I currently own an 'ASRock Z87 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard'
but I'm thinking of upgrading to an MSI Z87

Should I upgrade? And could I do better than the MSI?
I'm not looking to go anymore expensive than that.

Also, not looking to watercool, or overclock.

If AsRock works fine.. Why do you want to upgrade it?
With 87 mobo buy 4670k or 4770k. Then you can OC. If you do not want to OC then best buy cpu is Xeon 1230V3.

Gigabyte X-D3H is good , if that is over your price range then look B85 or Z87 HD3.
From AsRock Extreme 4 is better than 3 MSI gaming do NOT give you much anything more than extreme 3.
