What mobo/video card/PSU would you recommend?

I am planning on building my first PC in the near future, and I'm looking around for some parts. I think I'm gonna buy an Intel I5-4590 CPU and a G.Skill ripjaws X series 2X4 memory.
I have around USD 460 left. What mobo/video card/PSU would you recommend?

If you are not going to get the 4690K then go ahead and get the 4460. That extra $12 would be better served going into your GPU and as for the motherboard I would go the cheap route with a Gigabyte Ga-H81M-S2H motherboard, an XFX 550 PSU and an GTX 970

If gaming is not your primary purpose, I'd personally buy a lower tier video card and put the extra money into a higher quality motherboard as well as jump up to a k series CPU; as well as maybe jump to 16gig of RAM, depending on your intended use.

GPUs are easier to upgrade down the road and don't hold their value as long; thus why the higher end cpu/motherboard recommendation.

You'll save even more money if you get the GA-H81M-S2H; it's an excellent little budget board. Jona does make a good point, but for gaming you should put your money into the GPU. And again, I recommend against paying the extra $12-$18 for 1Mhz. The 4460 is just as capable at playing games as a 4590 and that $12 will be better spent on a nice motherboard, reliable PSU and GPU that will have you satisfied with your gaming performance.

My budget is around USD 790. As for the case, I already have one. It's not the best ever, but it will do until I have enough money to buy a new one. I also already have enough storage, so that won't be a problem for the first few months at least.

You know friend as far as cases are concerned I think what I consider as "necessary" is behind what the crowd may think so don't feel pressured to get a new case as long as yours has good airflow. Also do you need an operating system or a disc drive?
