What Mobos Out There Will Still Support Windows 8.1?

In my future, there is a new computer build with Windows 8.1 as the OS, since I don't much care for Windows 10. I have the following mobo in my mind for this build: an ASUS Prime B-350M-E. The question is, since I am not as tech savvy as I'd like to be, does anybody out there know if this board will play nicely with and support Windows 8.1? I intend on Web surfing and casual gaming with this machine more than anything else. Any input is appreciated, and thank you all in advance!

As Ryzen is a "Summit Ridge" chip, then no.

It'll install, unless you have something else in your PC that fails it. AMD will just not guarantee it'll work, so no support on issues or promises to fix things like the current one in the news. This obviously also apply to Microsoft's support for the hardware.
