[SOLVED] What Model of Ram is Compability with my motherboard?

Hi Dear Friends. I have 2 Question.
I have ASUS H370 TUF Pro Gaming and CPU: i5-8400.

1- I want to buy a Ram. I want to buy 2 Ram.. every modoule is 8GB.. I buy 2 Ram with same model and same frequency...
some Rams are DIMM and some are U-DIMM.... whitch one Muts I buy?
Must I Research for Ram DIMM only or U-DIMM? in motherboard catalog is wrote DIMM only...

2- If I buy 2 ram with same frequency and model I can Use DUAL Channel? my motherboard support DUAL channel.

U-DIMM - means unbuffered. All desktop pc ram is unbuffered. Buffered ram is used for servers.
Generally DIMM and U-DIMM is the same thing.

Do not buy 2 separate ram modules. Buy dual channel kit instead - 2x8GB DDR4 kit.
Modules sold in kit are tested for working together.
2 seperate modules are not tested. It's possible to encounter compatibility issues with separately purchased modules.
