What monitor is better?

I'm buying a new gaming pc and I also need a new monitor. I'm not sure which one of these two is better. The dell monitor is slightly more expensive than the benq one, but not too much.

The benq has a response time of 1ms but the dell one has a AH-IPS panel.

I dislike Dell but have enjoyed their Ultrasharp line for many years due to my photo and video work. I only buy monitors local for an easier return should I have problems like a dead pixel out of the box.
